Years ago I studied interior design at Orange Coast College in California. Our family moved to Florida where I finished my college education in English and business. I thought I knew it all about interior design when we remodeled our Florida home.

I was mistaken! After we finished our kitchen remodel, the room felt all wrong. We began a lifetime of research into how interior design elements influence emotions. Our research led to studying happiness.
